Order Processing
Order Processing Time We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may extend slightly, but we will always notify you of any delays.
Heat-Sensitive Products To ensure the quality of our heat-sensitive products, such as some body butters and balms, we do not ship them over the weekend. This precaution prevents them from sitting in transit for extended periods and potentially melting. Orders containing heat-sensitive items placed later in the week will be shipped on the following Monday to ensure timely and safe delivery. Products falling into this category will be noted in the description of the product page.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure your order reaches you in the most convenient manner. You will see shipping time frames for the various options at checkout.
Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather or carrier delays.
Local Pickup – This option will only appear if you are within the central Florida area. Pickups will be scheduled at a safe location in Debary or Orange City. All pickup orders placed by Sunday will be ready for pickup on Wednesday. You will receive an email notification with instructions, location and time (usually between 10am and noon) for pickup.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPING METHOD DURING CHECKOUT IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PICKUP IN DEBARY/ORANGE CITY ON TUESDAYS DURING THE TIME NOTED. If that is the case, please choose another shipping method and I will gladly have your packaged shipped directly to your home.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and the destination. You can view the shipping charges for your order at checkout before completing your purchase.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and expected delivery date.
International Shipping We apologize but international shipping is not available at this time.
Address Changes and Order Modifications If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at [email protected]. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been processed.
Lost or Damaged Packages We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
